From the outside looking in it may appear that we were hiking through a foot of snow, and that is accurate at times, but really it was pretty packed down and like walking on the coldest beach ever.
Our poor snowman was melting away and starting to scare the kids so we had to take care of him. 
From the outside looking in the "grass" probably looks pretty nasty, and I suppose it kind of is, but for us it is a sight for sore eyes.
From the outside looking in Taj and Eden may look like the sweetest kids in the world, but... Just kidding- they really are angels.
Taj jumps up to "save" Eden when she whimpers or falls. He goes with me to get her out of her crib 99% of the time and with a voice only a sweet little boy can make says things like, "hey Little's" or "Morning Sunshine", and one of my favorites, "We love you!"
Things around here are looking pretty good.

I am on the inside too and I totally get the 50's being warm and fabulous! I NEVER imagined I would be one of those but I am. What fabulous pictures, the hike looks like fun. I love the pic of Taj and Eden in their undies with their heads touching. These are those magical days we will all remember fondly when we are 50 and our kids are grown and gone.
The picture of eden with her hair in bun pigtails is amazing! By far the cutest girl. Hawaii baby! It's final!
I love the photo of Eden's face through the red square thingy. What is that anyway? She just looks so cute and angelic.
Everyone always says what I want to say before I get here. Dang it.
Taj is so sweet. I hope Amaya will (eventually) be such a nice big sister.
I just can't believe you still have snow on the ground. It's like looking at an alternate universe.
Ditto on the coat. Guess cold is good for something.
