Micah's super busy with work these days. This happens every summer with it being "busy season" for the onion crops he represents. We found ourselves in a Saturday rut, and to get out of it we drove forty-five minutes to Gateway Mall. It's a fun outdoor mall, kind of like Ala Moana. Taj and Eden had fun getting wet in the fountain. After playing we ate and shopped a little. Oh, Anthropology.
If for some reason you are trying to picture me Mommying, you can picture me bent over leading Eden around like in the pics. She's got a crazy grip, and won't let my fingers go without a fight usually.

what a cool place! and you are too cute with your adorable little dress! eden is so big!
oh, and the bing is just waiting for you to come play with her...
I didn't quite get whether you went by yourself or not? Does Micah work Saturdays during the summer? Was he taking the photos?
Jill,
What a great place to go let the kids run free! I bet the water felt sooo good to them. What a great mom you are. I love hearing about your adventures!
Hey, I had a funny memory pop up the other morning- remember teaching Baby Beluga to the Kindergarteners at Kahuku? I was trying to come up with letter activities for mommy preschool this year.
I think it is worse to have a kid that wants to be walked all around rather than a kid that crawls in dirt all day! I would rather scrub James in the bath than have a sore back and/or no spare hands. We need to get together before you leave. Friday might be the best day for us.
What a fun mall! Anything to do with getting all wet is a hit at our house!
ps we joined the buzzed club!
Wow! Now that looks like fun!
Hi Jill!
Wow, you have such a beautiful family! Congrats! I just ran across your page from Eliks'a. I'm going to add your link to mine. Let's see, did I read that on your page that you guys are in Utah now? I bet you're missing Hawaii! I feel your pain though, I just moved to NY from Hawaii last month. Take care Jill and tell Micah I said howdy. Hope to hear from ya soon!
Aloha,

Yes -- preschool is exciting!! I am so glad she likes it. It is hard to believe that she is already in school and there is no going back to the little baby she once was. Yay for Taj! As for Mamma Mia, I didn't really see previews and wasn't planning on seeing it, but my sister convinced me to go and I liked it, but I, too, would never drag my husband to see it.
